Service Description

Provides emergency, transitional and long-term housing for individuals who are involved in the justice system and living in homelessness. Caseworkers support program participants by reducing their barriers to community integration and decreasing their likelihood of recidivism. Also offers access to health services, cultural supports and recreational activities.

Eligibility

Individuals who are dealing with homelessness and have been involved with the justice system.
