Service Description

Provides a coach to work directly with the adult/child to identify challenges and strengths and develop a plan of action to guarantee success. The coach shares information with parents, caregivers, schools, workplace or any other relevant parties in order to foster learning and understanding.

Working with the ADHD Coach, the adult/child will be able to:

  • Manage life skills, make decisions and achieve goals
  • Develop successful strategies
  • Collaborate, communicate and develop self- awareness
  • Teach time management
  • Decrease stress and the feeling of being overwhelmed
  • Learn from a toolkit of skills needed to manage ADD.

Eligibility

Adults and youth struggling with ADHD, organizational skills, study skills, life skills.
