Service Description

Provides home care services to band residents.

  • Registered nurses work with clients in need of support and/or home care services to help them live as safely and independently as possible at home.
  • Also provides nursing services such as wound care management in the home so clients to not have to travel to the hospital.

Eligibility

Members who reside in La Ronge (Kitsaki), Hall Lake, Sucker River, Little Red River, and Grandmother's Bay communities.

Application Process

Clients are referred by self, family or community members, or health professionals.
