Service Description
Provides safe, supportive long-term housing for youth (ages 12 – 16) in the care of the Ministry of Social Services (MSS). All referrals to the program come from MSS. Jay’s Place operates using a Mentor model. Youth are engaged in developing their own case plan and goals while receiving support.
NOTE: Residence location is private – details provided upon application/intake.
Eligibility
Male youth 12 - 16 years of age involved with criminal justice or child welfare system.
Application Process
Referred by the Ministry of Social Services.
