Service Description
Jack Talks offer mental health presentations delivered by two trained youth speakers who use personal stories and mental health knowledge to educate their peers and normalize conversations. Jack Talks speakers inform young people about the foundations of mental health, strategies to take care of their own mental health, and how to be there for someone who might be struggling.
Talks can be delivered in a variety of formats and delivery methods for schools, community groups, or anywhere youth aged 15 – 24 may gather. Visit the website or email for more information, to speak to a Talks Coordinator, or to book a talk.
Jack Chapters are youth-led mental health communities that plan activities and initiatives to address barriers to positive mental health in their community. Jack.org staff coach and support Jack Chapters all across Canada. Click here to view the Chapters program overview.
