Service Description

Offers emotional support, provides information, assists with safety planning, and helps connect to other supports that may be needed. Services include: 

  • Support by phone or in person
  • Safety planning, whether or not you are ready to leave
  • Counselling regarding the abusive relationship and its impact
  • Assistance getting into a shelter
  • Information about protection orders and the justice system
  • Accompaniment to court, police, or other appointments 
  • Referrals for yourself and your children
  • Victims Compensation Benefits
  • Support Groups for relationship violence 

Eligibility

Persons who have experienced intimate partner and family violence or abuse.
