Service Description
Provides an enhanced employment service to students who face barriers and challenges to effective career development, employment and employment maintenance. Assists students with gaining life skills, personal management skills and career skills to support their successful transition from school to post-secondary education or employment. Offers:
- Assessments (individual needs, skills and interests)
- Vocational counselling/career exploration
- Job readiness, job search, resume and interview preparation
- Job marketing, job shadowing or work experiences
- Job coaching and employment maintenance services
- Preparation for post-secondary education and exploration of funding options.

Eligibility
- Anyone who is 16 years and older who is eligible to work in Canada - Individuals in the school program who identify with a disability - Individuals who experience barriers such as mental health issues or physical disabilities.
Application Process
Self refer or referrals by family or agencies such as Mental Health, Social Services, Justice, Schools.
