Service Description
Supportive housing for youth of all genders. Offers a home environment, group activities and learning opportunities. Staff work with each resident to plan for the future and assist in dealing with challenges of growing up, going to school and preparing for adulthood. Each residence contains a common area, kitchen and lounge. On-site laundry facilities, bedding, linens and towels are provided for each resident.
- Harmony Home – Provides supportive housing for youth of all genders from age 16 – 21
- Terrace Place – Provides supportive housing for ages 12 – 15.
Eligibility
Harmony Home: youth 16 - 21 years of age
Terrance Place: youth 12 - 15 years of age
