Service Description
Provides permanent housing for people who are chronically and episodically homeless. Offers individuals:
- Case management
- Access to community health services
- Life skills development
- Support and guidance with vocational training
- Assistance in re-establishing social, familial and spiritual connections
- Outreach Support.
Eligibility
Referral from Ministry of Social Services.
