Provides free, online, anonymous crisis and emotional support, chat service for youth under 30. Available across Canada.
- Online Chat and Text – (6:00 pm -12:00 am (midnight) PST)
- Email Counselling – (Personal reply from a trained counsellor within three to five business days).
