Provides a free online anonymous crisis and emotional support chat and text line. Anyone under 30 across Canada is welcome.
- Online Chat and Text – every night from 6:00 pm -12:00 am (midnight) PST
- Email Counselling – a trained youth and family counsellor will send a personal reply to you within three – five business days.
