Service Description
Helps individuals or family members develop the skills needed for day-to-day activities when these abilities are hampered by injury. (Illness, chronic disease, mental health issues, developmental delays, learning problems, impacts of getting older, or other health factors). Provides:
- Therapy programs for physical, cognitive, behavioral, or mental health problems
- Alternative ways of doing things
- Modifies the environment with accessible design and ergonomic solutions
- Prescribes assistive devices
- Consults with family and/or caregivers.
