Service Description

Helps individuals or family members develop the skills needed for day-to-day activities when these abilities are hampered by injury. (Illness, chronic disease, mental health issues, developmental delays, learning problems, impacts of getting older, or other health factors). Provides:

  • Therapy programs for physical, cognitive, behavioral, or mental health problems
  • Alternative ways of doing things
  • Modifies the environment with accessible design and ergonomic solutions
  • Prescribes assistive devices
  • Consults with family and/or caregivers.
