Service Description
Provides free English language instruction for newcomers classes (LINC) for immigrants age 18 years and older. Provided for people assessed at English levels 1-8 according to the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) levels. Language instruction will assist with speaking, reading, listening and writing skills in English.
