Service Description
Provides settlement-based English language training to newcomers to Canada:
- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) – from literacy level to CLB eight.
- Stage One Language Instruction – up to Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) four.
Eligibility
◾ Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) - Permanent Residents
◾ Stage 1 Language Instruction - Open Work Permit holder or a recent Canadian Citizen
