Service Description
Provides emergency food hampers to individuals/families in Moose Jaw and the surrounding area.
Eligibility
Anyone who needs a hamper is eligible. Offers two emergency food hampers each month per family/individual regardless of income.
Application Process
Stop by to pick up an emergency hamper any Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between 10:00 am - 12:30 pm.
Documents Required
Government issued identification for each person that lives in the household.
A recent piece of mail that has the date, name, and address of one adult in the house.
Some personal information about monthly income sources and expenses **this information is for statistical data only and is not used to determine eligibility for a hamper**
