Service Description
Emergency Child Care Plan forms are available for Moose Jaw Military families to complete and share with the Military Family Resource Centre and preferred caregivers so they are prepared to assist in cases of emergency.
An Emergency Child Care Plan:
- Includes important information to assist your local Military Family Resource Centre/designated caregivers to contact in the event of a parent/guardian emergency
- Lists the names and contact information of your preferred child care providers/caregivers
- Provides detailed personal instructions about your childrens’ medical information, bedtimes, bus-stop times, and favourite foods in order to minimize the stress placed on children while their parents/guardians are away.
