Service Description
An apartment style residence for individuals transitioning into the community from an inpatient facility or Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford who still require a high degree of support. Provides 24-hour staff support on site. Program is also available for those within the community struggling to maintain psychiatric stability. Services include:
- administering medication,
- de-escalation techniques,
- meals,
- housekeeping,
- trusteeship,
- laundry,
- prompting, teaching, and supervision of personal care.
Eligibility
Individuals transitioning to the community from inpatient facilities or Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford. Individuals in the community who are struggling to maintain psychiatric stability.
Application Process
Referrals made by Community Recovery Services at the Regina Mental Health Clinic. Call 306-766-7800 to speak to intake and receive further information.
