Service Description
Offers a three-day workshop that provides participants with the opportunity to develop tools and improve skills in problem-solving and conflict management on an interpersonal basis. Includes skill building through theoretical discussion in small and large group settings as well as practical application activities.

Eligibility
Provincial government departments and agencies, crown corporations, school boards, regional health authorities, and individuals who are interested in conflict resolution.
