Service Description
Provides vital support and engagement opportunities for youth (ages 12 – 21) who are in the care of the Ministry of Social Services. Program offers a range of activities and services aimed at enhancing the well-being and development of youth individuals.
Provides support and connections to essential community resources. Outreach team offers comprehensive support in both community and drop-in settings, Monday to Friday. Includes:
- Assistance in accessing affordable housing
- Mental health and addiction support
- Legal aid
- Parenting support
- Opportunities for cultural connection
- Safety and well-being during harsh weather conditions
- Support with personal and academic goals
- Educational workshops
- Recreational activities.
Eligibility
Youth experiencing multiple and complex barriers and challenges, and are in the care of the Ministry of Social Services.
