Service Description
Two transitional living programs that provide a safe place for men (18+) to live and start building a sense of “being at home”. Supports clients in finding resources that will enable them to find affordable, appropriate and permanent housing and develop the community support they need. The two facilities, one on Avenue T and one on Avenue U, include:
- Fully furnished private rooms
- laundry room
- shared kitchen areas and lounges
- case management
- spiritual care support
- volunteer opportunities
- gardening
- woodworking projects
- outings
- support to achieve goals
