Service Description
Two transitional living programs that offer housing for men (18+) who are working toward stability and independence.
Services include:
- fully furnished private rooms
- case management focused on building daily living skills, developing community connections, and working
- volunteer opportunities
- community outings
- gardening and woodworking projects
- spiritual care support
- laundry facilities
