Service Description
Prepares transcripts of court proceedings heard in all Provincial Court (including Small Claims Court, Bylaw Court, and Traffic Safety Court) and Court of King’s Bench in Saskatchewan.
Transcripts are prepared upon request only. Visit the website for more information.
Application Process
Court Transcript Request Forms are available at all court offices.
Completed forms, or a letter requesting the transcripts, should be directed to:

Fees
$4.00 per page (plus GST) - Transcripts prepared in 20+ business days
$8.25 per page (plus GST) - Transcripts prepared in 10-19 business days
$9.50 per page (plus GST) - Transcripts prepared in 5-9 business days
