Service Description
Provides one-on-one individualized support for youth between the ages of six and 18 who are involved with the Ministry of Social Services by matching them with a positive adult role model to engage in fun, educational, and recreational activities in the community.
Helps youth enhance their identity, improve their self esteem and self worth, as well as establish life, coping and social skills. Call 306-525-0521 and ask for a Youth Mentor Supervisor.
Eligibility
Youth ages 6-18 referred from the Ministry of Social Services.
Mentors must be over the age of 18 to apply.
Application Process
Complete a referral form.
Anyone applying to be a mentor can email their resume and cover letter to with the subject "Youth Mentor Application".
