Service Description
Provides client guided and individualized in-home support services to families with children under the age of five. Program emphasizes family preservation and prevention while reunifying children with their family whenever safe and possible.
Support staff work directly with families to achieve five primary goals:
- Identifying strengths
- Developing parenting skills
- Teaching wellness skills
- Reducing isolation
- Accessing community resources
Eligibility
Families with children ages 5 and under.
