Service Description
Provides confidential counselling for individuals, couples, or families (ages six and up) on issues such as:
- Family/Couples Relationship Difficulties
- Separation/Divorce
- Depression
- Stress/Anxiety
- Self-Esteem
- Parenting (all development stages)
- Bereavement
- Emotional Distress
- Trauma
- Adaptation/Transition to Life Circumstances.
They serve people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds and abilities. No one is turned away because of finances. They take into account income and family size to determine fees. Call 306-525-0521 or email cfsregina@cfsregina.ca.
Eligibility
Individuals and families experiencing challenges (ages 6 and up).

Call and ask to speak to the intake counsellor.
