Service Description

Provides intensive in-home support to families and individuals on a voluntary basis or as contracted by The Ministry of Social Services. Emphasis is placed on maintaining the family unit by providing a variety of supportive services which prevent the children’s admission to care. Transportation may be included in the contractual agreement.

Children and families who are receiving family and youth services.

Application Process

Referrals to this program can be made by contacting the Envision Counselling & Support Centre office nearest you. Referrals may also come directly from the Ministry of Social Services or Saskatchewan Health Authority.
