Service Description

Offers short-term financial assistance to cover some costs of travelling to cancer treatments.  Includes expenses like fuel and taxi or public transit fares.  Available to people with a low income who are currently receiving cancer treatment in Saskatchewan.

Eligibility

People with a low income who are currently receiving cancer treatment in Saskatchewan.

Application Process

Call for details or visit the website for the Travel Treatment Fund (TTF) Application.

Documents Required

A copy of a "VOID" cheque (if you want to receive money by e-transfer) and Notice of Assessment (NOA) copies for self and any other adult over 18 years of age or older residing in the home. The NOA can be obtained from the Canada Revenue Agency at toll free 1-800-959-7383.
