Service Description
Provides clinical services to residents of the Battlefords with a focus on prevention and early detection:
- Services are accessed by appointment, with same day appointments available.
The clinical team consists of family physicians, a nurse practitioner, an RN, a mental health counselor, and visiting professionals that can include diabetes nurse, dietician, and infectious disease doctor.
The Battlefords Family Health Centre is a partnership between Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc and the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Eligibility
Programs are open to all residents of the Battlefords community.
