Service Description
Provides home based services and supports to families with Ministry of Education funding for children who are birth to school age, who are developmentally delayed or at risk for delay. Services help identify and implement realistic goals for their children and family and advocate for services within their community of choice.
Eligibility
Children birth - 5 years of age who are developmentally delayed or at risk of developmental delays and their families.
