Loanable Wi-Fi hotspots

Makerspace Kits (in-branch use only)
Book Club in a Bag Kits
Everyday Literacy Take-Home Kits
Literacy Kits (in-branch and classroom use only, contact literacykits@southeastlibrary.ca for more information)
Magazines and newspapers (physical and digital)
NNELS and CELA for public library patrons who cannot read traditional print
Full suite of online databases including health info, auto repair manuals, craft tutorials, and much more

All branches offer a range of programming for all ages, including:

Eligibility

Any Saskatchewan resident may sign up for a library card. Southeast Regional Library cards are specific to residents of Southeast Saskatchewan, but the card can be used anywhere in the province.

Application Process

To sign up for a card, visit any Saskatchewan Public Library and ask a staff member at the circulation desk to assist you. You can also sign up for a temporary barcode online (to receive your permanent card, you must visit your local library branch).

Documents Required

Adults and Young Adults (ages 14+) must show two pieces of identification, one establishing their current address and a second piece that verifies identity.

Children (under 14 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must show two pieces of identification, one establishing their current Saskatchewan address and a second piece that verifies identity. These documents will be used to register the child. The parent or legal guardian will need to sign the child’s library card. The signer assumes responsibility for any library charges incurred by the child.
