Provides a space to cool down or warm up in times of extreme weather at Regina Public Libraries (hours vary by location).

Offers:

  • Water bottle fill stations
  • Bathrooms
  • Free public phones
  • Entertainment and education services/programs
  • Computers with internet
  • Feminine Hygiene products in bathrooms (Central Library, Regent Place, and Glen Elm branches only)
  • Family Services Outreach workers (Central Branch, Monday 1:00 – 9:00 pm, Tuesday – Saturday during open hours)
  • Free Film Theatre screenings Wednesday – Saturday at Central Branch
