Offers a pre-arrival program that provides online settlement information/orientation about life in Canada and referrals to pre and post arrival services to youth and adults (ages 12 years and up) immigrating in Canada. To be eligible for the program, the registrant must be outside of Canada but approved to immigrate.

Online services include live chat, personalized settlement plan, online resources (live webinars, videos, blogs, e-learning courses), adult and youth mentorship programs, and interactive community forums.
