Service Description
Helps keep older adults in their home longer by reducing isolation and increasing their health and safety. The program provides socially isolated seniors with social interaction through volunteer phone calls.
- Volunteers visit 20-60 minutes over the phone at least once a week.
- Reduces isolation and increases health and safety.
Eligibility
Available to any older adult (age 55+) who identifies as vulnerable and who would benefit from social inclusion services.
