Service Description

Emergency, transitional, and long-term housing for adults who are involved with the justice system and experiencing homelessness. 

Services include:

  • access to health services and case management
  • cultural supports and connection to community resources
  • recreational and skill-building activities
  • assistance with housing stability and transition to independent living

Referrals are received through local Coordinated Access partners in Regina and Saskatoon.

Eligibility

 


Referrals must come through the Coordinated Access at a Designated Access Point.
