Service Description
Offers support to youth who require extra assistance in maintaining stable housing. The program emphasizes stable tenancy and the transition to independent living:
- The Client Navigator and Social Work Team provide wraparound services to help participants achieve their tasks or goals.
- Operates within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework aimed at enhancing mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Participants join the program through an intake process facilitated by Coordinated Access.
