Service Description
Provides professional and compassionate support to individuals seeking assistance with their mental health and well-being. Licensed clinical counsellors are dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges, improve their emotional resilience, and lead fulfilling lives. Offers individual and family counselling sessions for clients who need help with:
- Anger management
- Dealing with stress and depression
- Changing negative habits
- Relationship therapy
- Improving communications
- Managing loss/grief
- Parenting
- Separation/divorce
- Loneliness
- Experiencing suicidal thoughts
- Sexuality concerns
- Troubling phobias/fears
- And any other challenges.
Counsellors:
- Coralee Thomas – registered as a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
- Florence Mudzongo – registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (# 2952).
Eligibility
Children, Adults or Family; status: citizens, permanent resident, temporary resident (international students/visitor/worker).
