Service Description
Provides a variety of programming that assists children in hopes of creating a stable environment. Objectives of the Centre are to:
- decrease stress levels for First Nations families,
- establish and deliver services to meet the developmental needs of First Nations children ages birth to six and who live in conditions of risk,
- reintroduce and strengthen the traditional beliefs and values of First Nations communities,
- foster a safe environment where relationships within the First Nations extended family system are strengthened and supported,
- create opportunities for First Nations families to make positive choices for healthier lifestyles and relationships.
