Service Description
A Housing First program that provides immediate access to housing for individuals who are chronically homeless, along with intensive support services. Operates a 24-hour staffed apartment program and a program throughout the community in a home of the individual’s choice.
Eligibility
Individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
Application Process
Referrals made by Coordinated Access Regina who can be reached at 306-545-4525. Appropriate candidates will be contact for an interview with the HOMES Program Supervisor after referral is received.
