Service Description
Bachelor suite apartments with 24 hour staffing on site. Capacity for up to ten individuals. Provides:
- support, supervision, and training in
- activities of daily living,
- interpersonal skills,
- coping/problem solving skills,
- life/wellness skills,
- physical health management,
- and cognitive activities and strategies.
- medication management and financial trustee services,
- other services based on assessment of needs.
Eligibility
Saskatchewan residents ages 18+ with an acquired brain injury.
Application Process
Referrals to the ABI Programs are accepted from organizations and individuals throughout the province. Call 306-569-1977 for a referral package.
