Service Description
An apartment based supported living program that is transitional in nature. Services are based on needs assessment and wellness plan. Capacity for 16 individuals. Includes:
- 24-hour staffing on site,
- high degree of support for the development of skills of daily living, interpersonal/coping/problem-solving/symptom management skills, etc.
- medication management,
- financial trustee services,
- meal program and cooking classes.
Eligibility
Persons ages 18+ with psychiatric disorders/long-term mental illness.

Referrals made by Community Recovery Services at the Regina Mental Health Clinic. Call 306-766-7800 to speak to intake and receive further information.
