Free drop-in style sports program, before school, during lunchtime or after school, for students in grade 6 – 12 in Saskatoon schools usually held in the school gym. Play floor hockey, basketball, volleyball or other sports with the students. Includes a short thought for the day called Coaches Corner which is a five-minute talk teaching moral values from a Christian perspective. Topics, often chosen by students, include things such as disrespect, irresponsibility, lack of restraint, giving into peer pressure and low self-esteem. School must contact Youth For Christ to initiate program.
Students in grades 6 - 12 attending participating schools.
