Service Description

Youth counselling program (ages 12 to 25) that provides immediate interventions for youth who require it, offers additional supports to the families that are currently being served, and helps families navigate and access additional services they may need. Offers services in the home and the community of the client it serves. Provides help with:

  • Self-Harming Behaviors
  • Family Disharmony
  • Parent-Child Conflict
  • Grief
  • Behavioral Challenges.

NOTE: If you require immediate assistance, Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through PARTNERS and other agencies via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan. Book on their website.

Eligibility

Youth 12 to 25 years of age.
