Service Description
Provides a standard employment / education / immigration or volunteer, criminal record and/or vulnerable sector check for any criminal convictions of an individual. Parsons are now available as well. ALL applications must be submitted online. Visit the website to apply.
NOTE: Completed record checks must be downloaded by the applicant from the webpage. Printed copies will no longer be supplied.
Eligibility
Must be a current resident of Weyburn. Applicants residing outside of Saskatchewan must have their Criminal Records Check completed by the RCMP in the jurisdiction where they reside.

ALL applications must be submitted online. Visit the website for details.
Documents Required
Criminal Record Check - Employment/Education/Immigration
1. Must have two pieces of ID (one with full date of birth) and at least one with photo ID.
2. Must reside in the City of Weyburn or have a S4H postal code.
Criminal Record Check - Volunteer
1. Must have two pieces of ID (one with full date of birth) and at least one with photo ID.
2. Must reside in the City of Weyburn or have a S4H postal code.
3. Must have a letter from the volunteer organization.
Pardons (Local Police Records Check or Records Suspension)
1. Must have two pieces of ID (one with full date of birth) and at least one with photo ID.
