Provides 24-hour care and support in six group living spaces including meals, medical care, personal care, recreation, and social outings for adults with physical/developmental disabilities, long-term and persistent psychiatric disorders, or acquired brain injuries.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years of age or older with intellectual, physical, developmental and mental health disabilities.
