Service Description
Includes three residential group homes and one dedicated space for short term respite care that provides care and support for individuals experiencing disability.
Eligibility
Adults with developmental disabilities. Exceptions may be made for other applicants with like needs.
Application Process
Apply directly to West Central Abilities or through a social worker.
Documents Required
Must use Saskatchewan Association of Rehabilitation Centres (SARC) Standardized Application Form.
