Service Description
Offers a variety of activities, for individuals experiencing disabilities, in the areas of daily living skills and leisure and recreational activities, with a focus on community connections and personal development.
Eligibility
Individuals experiencing disability. Exceptions may be made for other applicants with like needs.
Application Process
Apply directly to West Central Abilities or through a social worker with Community Living Service Delivery or through transitional programs for students.
Documents Required
Must use the Saskatchewan Association of Rehabilitation Centres (SARC) Standardized Application Form.
