Service Description
Provides a 40 suite apartment complex for men with low-incomes. The facility strives to be a support to men who are facing various challenges in life, including but not limited to homeless issues, mental health struggles, troubles with the law, living skills and more. Includes:
- 24/7 Security
- Wheelchair accessibility
- Bed, apartment size refrigerator, stove, sink unit
- Cable television hookup
- Laundry machines (located on each floor)
- Meals (Available at a reasonable cost next door at Waterston Centre)
- Home Care (Home Care personnel visit residents who are approved by Home Care Service)
- Support services.
Eligibility
Regina's marginalized and low-income men.
Application Process
Applications are available through the Caseworkers at Waterston Centre.
Documents Required
Program Participation agreement is required to be signed if provided an apartment and Occupancy Fee is due on the 1st of each month.
Fees
Rent is set by Saskatchewan Housing based upon income level and a graduated rate scale.
