Service Description

Home and/or centre visiting for families and children who are not meeting developmental milestones through play-based program, child development information, developmental screening, referrals to other agencies, supporting successful transition to school and teen pregnancy support. Free and voluntary service. A part of the ECIP (Early Childhood Intervention Program) in Saskatchewan.

Philosophy:

  • The family is the child’s first and best teacher
  • All children can learn and grow
  • Young children learn through play

Eligibility

Children ages birth to five years who are not meeting developmental milestones or who are at risk to miss developmental milestones, and the children's family.

Application Process
