Service Description
Provides free, confidential, 24/7 mental health support for kids, teens and young adults. Professional counsellors offer assistance in English and French.
- Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868 – Phone service is offered in over 100 languages with the help of trained interpreters.
- Texting Support: Text CONNECT to 686868 – If you identify as Indigenous, you can ask to be connected with a First Nations, Inuk or Metis crisis responder (if one’s available) by messaging FIRST NATIONS, INUIT or METIS to 686868.
- Live Chat Counselling – Visit the website – Available daily from 7:00 pm to midnight EST. Live chat provides the opportunity to share what’s on your mind in writing.
